Mr. Walter Griffin Sr., 67, from Virginia, but a resident of Grovetown, GA, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, June 27, 2023. He will truly be missed by his loving family and friends. His Life and Legacy will be celebrated with a Visitation/Viewing, Thursday, July 6, 2023, 2-7pm at New Holt Baptist Church 210 Verdery St. Harlem, GA 30814. An OUT OF STATE Visitation/Viewing will be held Saturday, July 8, 2023, 11am at JT Fisher Funeral Services 1238 George Washington Hwy N., Chesapeake, VA 23323. He leaves to cherish his memories his two sons, Walter Griffin, Jr., Grovetown, GA: Wane (Tammy) Jenkins; three grandchildren, Brandon Bynum, Kiara Jenkins and Kevin Jenkins all of Virginia Beach, Virginia.  His siblings, Shirley Jackson, Atlanta, Georgia; Michael (Lita) Griffin of Hawaii; Kevin (Angela) Ballard of Suffolk, Virginia and Reginald (Ronnette) Ballard, Texas and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends to keep his memories alive.
