Mr. Terry F. Jones, 66, of Grovetown, GA entered into eternal rest on Monday, January 5, 2026 surrounded by his loving family. He will truly be missed. His Life and Legacy will be celebrated with a Visitation/Viewing on Friday, January 9, 2026, 2-7pm at Martin Taylor Funeral Home, 911 Appling Harlem Rd, Harlem, GA 30814. His Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2026, 11 am at New Hope Baptist Church(Campania, GA), 441 G R Tucker Rd, Harlem, GA 30814. The Interment will take place at New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery.

Terry leaves to cherish his precious memories his sisters, Cynthia Williams (Richard Williams) of Harlem, Georgia, and Vickey L. Brown (Ennis Brown) of Harlem, Georgia; his half-sisters, Marilyn Jones of Grovetown, Georgia, and Markeshia Jones of Camden, South Carolina (Mikael Jones); and his step-sister, Annette Rickerson of Harlem, Georgia. Also uncles and aunts: Clinton Jones (Nancy) Augusta, GA, Claude Jones (Ruth) Augusta, GA, Stanley Thomason (Tammie) Virginia Beach, VA, Harold Thomason (Kim) New York, NY, Larry Scott Summerville, SC; Marie Cofer (George) Augusta, GA, Aleen Tankersly Harlem, GA, Irene Mack (Pastor William) Augusta, GA, Diane Stewart (Darren) Atlanta, GA, Arnetha Paulson (Elmo) New York, NY. Uncle James Churchwell (Karen Churchwell) and Frank Churchwell (Rose Churchwell) of Sandusky, Ohio, as well as Michael Churchwell of Augusta, Georgia, and Jesse Churchwell (Clara Churchwell) of Augusta, Georgia.

In addition, Terry leaves behind his nephews, Maurice Carpenter of Harlem, Georgia (Anna Carpenter), Cameron Carpenter of Harlem, Georgia, his niece Candice Cooke of Grovetown, Georgia (Christopher Cooke), and his nephew Louis Ivey, Jr. of Grovetown, Georgia, along with a host of nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, extended family members, and friends who will forever cherish his life and legacy.
