Mrs. Mattie R. Gaither, 76, of Hephzibah, GA, originally from Harlem, GA entered into eternal rest Saturday, September 28, 2024. She will truly be missed by her loving family and friends. Her Life and Legacy will be celebrated with a Visitation/Viewing on Friday, October 4, 2024, 2-7pm at New Holt Baptist Church 210 Verdery St, Harlem, GA 30814. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2024, 3pm at New Holt Baptist Church 210 Verdery St, Harlem, GA 30814. Interment will follow at Second Mt. Moriah Baptist Church Cemetery, 510 S. Bell St, Harlem, GA 30814. Please continue to keep the family and friends lifted up in prayer as they navigate through this time of bereavement.

She leaves behind cherished memories for her daughters Tara (Curtis), Hannah, and Nichelle T. Gaither. Her sisters, Geneva Jones and Alberta Tanksley, will forever remember their bond, and Mattie's grandchildren; Sean P. Logan, Jr., Brandon (Lashae) Logan, Rayshun (Brianna) Morris, Tyler, Jewelian, Kammanie and Kyree Gaither. And a host of loving relatives and friends.
