Mrs. Gladys Gibson Butler, affectionately known as "Moody",74, of Augusta, GA, originally from Harlem, GA, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, May 22, 2025. She will truly be missed by her loving family and friends. Her Life and Legacy will be celebrated with a Visitation/Viewing, Friday, May 30, 2025, from 2-7pm at Martin Taylor Funeral Home 911 Appling Harlem Rd, Harlem GA. 30814. Funeral Service will be held Saturday, May 31, 2025, 2pm at Water Branch Baptist Church 5708 Wrightsboro Rd, Grovetown, GA. 30813, where she will also lie in state 1hour prior to the Funeral Service. Interment will take place at Water Branch Baptist Church Cemetery 1190 Rolland Rd, Harlem, GA. 30814. Mrs. Butler is survived by her children; T.J. Butler, Willie Butler, Craig Butler, and Donte Lilly. Her grandchildren; Tanesia Butler, Tariji Butler, Tyerus Butler, Jarvis Mickens, Chasity Butler, Josh Mickens, Mazi Lilly and Nylah Lilly. Sisters; Lily Gibson, Brenda Curry and Robbie Brown. Brothers; Curtis Gibson, Marcus Johnson and Herman Germany. And a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who will truly cherish their memories.
