Mr. Coy McCladdie, 72, of Appling, GA entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, May 23, 2023. He will truly be missed by his loving family and friends. His Life and Legacy will be celebrated with a Visitation/Viewing, Friday, June 2, 2023, from 2-7pm at Martin Taylor Funeral Home 911 Appling Harlem Rd, Harlem GA 30814. Funeral Service will be held Saturday, June 3, 2023, at 12pm (with a 2-hour visitation/viewing, starting at 10am, prior to Funeral Service at church) at Wesley United Methodist Church 825 N. Belair Rd. Evans, GA 30809. Interment will follow at Bellevue Memorial Gardens 4501 Wrightsboro,  Rd, Grovetown, GA 30813. The family will be accepting visitors at their home, 5506 Leopard Lane, Appling, GA 30802 on Sunday, June 4, 2023 from 12-5pm. Please continue to keep the family and friends lifted up in prayer as they navigate through this difficult time of bereavement.

Gloria Lamkin McCladdie of Appling, GA; one son, Travis McCladdie; one daughter, Venetrise Jackson: three brothers Clinton (Tammy) McCladdie, Jr. of Evans, GA, Gordon (Cynthia) McCladdie of Appling, GA, and James (Mary Ann) McCladdie of Evans, GA; six sisters, Carrie Benning, Grace McCladdie, Brently (Dr. Lester) Pollard, Stacey McCladdie, all of Appling, GA, Renee (Jackie) Dunn of Evans, GA, and Veronica (Reggie) Lampkin of Augusta, GA; three grandsons, Dwight Jackson, Grant McCladdie, and soon-to-come Grayson Coy McCladdie; one great-granddaughter, Emory Jackson; mother and father-in-law, Betty and Samuel Lamkin Sr; sister-in-law, Sandra (SJ) Lewis; and brother-in-law, Samuel Lamkin Jr.; one special god-son, Antonio Burns; four special friends, Pete Germany, Lemuel Hunt, Frank Simms, and Claude Thurmond; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
