Mr. Cluese Burns, 78, of Appling, GA, affectionately known as "Peter," entered into eternal rest on Saturday, March 21, 2026. He will truly be missed by his loving family and friends. His Life and Legacy will be celebrated with a Visitation/Viewing on Friday, March 27, 2026 from 2-7pm at Martin Taylor Funeral Home, 911 Appling Harlem Rd, Harlem, GA 30814. A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, March 28, 2026, 2pm at Second Mount Carmel Baptist Church Cemetery, 3425 Rosemont Rd, Appling, GA 30802. He leaves to cherish: one son, Stevie A. Burns of Harlem, GA; one daughter, Rachel C. Burns of Augusta, GA; eight grandchildren: Juanesha Jordan, Miguel Jordan ll, Mya Jordan, Nigel Burns, De'Anthony Huguley, De'Angelo Huguley, Teneasha Taylor, Krishaun Ketchup; two loving aunts: Robbie Ashley of Augusta, GA and Sulbia (John) Luke of Appling, GA; five sisters-in-law; six brothers-in-law; a devoted cousin and caretaker, Kimble Walker; special friend, Bobbie J. Garnett; dearest friends, Stanley McCladdie and Belisario Gomez; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
